Yes! We have licensed brokers and salespersons on staff and are readily available to assist clients who are ready to buy now without having to go through any readiness program.
We believe that everyone should be able to have the opportunity to reach their financial goals. We offer the C.A.P.E program separate from any other services and complimentary so that individuals are comfortable building a relationship with us as they work towards their goals.
If in the future, our client's are ready to buy a home, our hope is that they would come back to KRG to serve as their agent. However, there is no obligation for our client's that go through C.A.P.E to use us.
We can facilitate both in-person and online meetings via Zoom or Google Meet. Though our main office is in Meriden CT, our team is based throughout New England, specifically in the New Haven and Hartford County (CT), Worcester and Boston (MA), and the Manchester and Nashua (NH) areas. We have our physical office as we've found that some of our clients prefer to talk face-to-face for financial discussions.

In order to limit our overhead costs and to provide many of our financial consulting services free of charge, we work to utilize systems that are free and available to everyone rather than paying for seperate email addresses.
